Do I have to update the bank account details on file/in our system?
Yes, as part of this exciting announcement, we also want to notify you that we have changed our bank account details. Please amend your records to make sure all future payments are credited to our new account according to the remittance information here.
I have a purchase order from New England Peptide | Peptide International. Do I need to change the name before delivering the order?
No, we will accept all open purchase orders created by New England Peptide & Peptides International as requested.
I have a purchase order from New England Peptide | Peptide International. Can I still send the invoice to New England Peptide | Peptide International?
Yes, we will process any invoices related to purchase orders created by New England Peptide & Peptides International. Only purchase orders received after 1/4/2021 will be required to be invoiced to vivitide.
Which address should I send invoices to? Is it dependent on which site ordered my product?
